Activating / Deactivating customers

As long as that customer doesn't have an active job, you are able to deactivate them yourselves.

Navigate to the customer page -> click the three dots on the top right of the customer card -> click edit customer details -> either disable or enable the customer.

Be sure to edit the notes of the deactivated customer as to why they are being deactivated. If it is because of an account merger, note down the customer number that it is being merged with

If the customer that needs to be deactivated has an active job (that hasn't been attended yet) than please contact the support team in the Fallon support chat. If the customer being deactivated does have an active job that has been attended than it is too late to change it, you can simply deactivate the customer as normal.

you can tell if the job hasn't yet been attended by checking the job status in the job summary screen.
