create manual invoices

You can create manual invoices by navigating to the job -> clicking invoices (not the invoice tab up the top, the invoice tab in the job details) -> click create new manual invoice.

Here you will be able to add line items. These items should be general overviews, you do not need to add a line item for every option in the option sheet. click next and after you confirm the reason for the manual invoice, you can select whether you want the customer to receive the email and then click create job report

if you are unable to access the invoice tab within the job, this is because you do not yet have permission to do so. If you feel you should have access, please get your supervisor/manager to contact the dev team team so that you can be given permission
