When invoicing the technician can opt into sending the option sheet to the customer.

The prices displayed on the pdf version of the option sheet are different depending on whether or not the customer has accepted any options. If the customer has selected at least one option the prices are displayed as they appear on the option sheet.
If however nothing was accepted by the customer four prices will be displayed. The top row of prices are the member and non-member prices with the initial fee. The bottom two prices are the member and non-member rates without the initial fee.
