Activating / Deactivating customers
As long as that customer doesn't have an active job, you are able to deactivate them yourselves. Navigate to the customer page -click the three dots on the top right of the customer card -click edit customer details -either disable or enable the customer. Be sure to edit the notes of the deactivated customer as to why they are being deactivated. Change a property on a job First check to see if the customer has the property tied to their account Open the job Click “View Customer X” in the customer card, this will open the customer page Under Properties see if the property already exists.
